These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Clearshine regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Clearshine Car Detailing Center's services, website, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Service Descriptions
Service Offerings: - Car detailing services including exterior, interior, ceramic coating, and paint correction - All services are performed by trained professionals - Service descriptions are provided for informational purposes - Actual services may vary based on vehicle condition and requirements Service Standards: - We strive to provide high-quality services using professional-grade products - Services are performed with reasonable care and skill - We reserve the right to refuse service if vehicle condition poses safety risks - Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled or damaged vehicles Service Limitations: - We cannot guarantee removal of all scratches, stains, or odors - Some damage may be permanent or require specialized repair - Pre-existing damage will be documented before service - We are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical or electrical issues
Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Process: - Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person - Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS - Appointments are subject to availability - We reserve the right to refuse bookings Payment Terms: - Payment is due upon service completion - We accept cash, cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods - Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes - Prices may change without prior notice Deposits and Advance Payments: - Some services may require advance payment or deposit - Deposits are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy - Advance payments will be adjusted against final invoice Late Payments: - Late payment fees may apply for corporate accounts - We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment - Legal action may be taken for persistent non-payment
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation by Customer: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance - Cancellations within 24 hours may incur cancellation fees - Multiple cancellations may result in booking restrictions - Refunds subject to our Refund Policy Rescheduling: - Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance - Subject to availability - Multiple rescheduling may incur fees - Same-day rescheduling not guaranteed Cancellation by Clearshine: - We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances - Full refund will be provided for cancellations by us - We will attempt to reschedule at your convenience - Not liable for consequential damages from our cancellation No-Show Policy: - No-shows without notice may be charged the full service amount - Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions - Contact us if you cannot make your appointment
Liability and Insurance
Our Liability: - We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for vehicles in our care - We are not liable for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues - Liability limited to direct damages caused by our negligence - Not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages Vehicle Condition: - Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage - We will document vehicle condition before service - Not responsible for damage from hidden defects - Paint in poor condition may be damaged during correction Customer's Responsibility: - Remove all valuables before service - Inform us of any special considerations or concerns - Provide accurate vehicle information - Report any concerns immediately after service Maximum Liability: - Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid - Does not cover items left in vehicle - Insurance claims subject to policy terms - Legal remedies limited as per applicable law
Customer Obligations
Vehicle Preparation: - Remove all personal belongings - Ensure vehicle is in working condition - Provide access to all areas requiring service - Disclose any existing damage or issues During Service: - Do not interfere with technicians during service - Follow safety guidelines on premises - Respect staff and other customers - Comply with facility rules After Service: - Inspect vehicle immediately after service - Report any concerns within 48 hours - Follow maintenance recommendations - Provide feedback on service quality Prohibited Activities: - Smoking on premises - Recording staff without permission - Abusive or threatening behavior - Tampering with equipment or products
Warranties and Guarantees
Service Guarantee: - Satisfaction guarantee on all services - Will redo service if not satisfied (within 48 hours) - Guarantee void if vehicle washed elsewhere within 7 days - Guarantee subject to proper maintenance Ceramic Coating Warranty: - Manufacturer warranty: 2-7 years depending on package - Requires proper maintenance and care - Annual inspection may be required - Warranty void if modified by unauthorized parties Paint Correction: - Results are permanent for defects removed - New damage not covered - Warranty on workmanship for 30 days - Does not guarantee prevention of future damage Product Warranties: - Products carry manufacturer warranties - We are not responsible for product defects - Will assist with warranty claims - Warranty details provided with specific products Limitations: - Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear - Abuse, neglect, or accidents void warranties - Third-party services void our warranties - Warranties non-transferable
Intellectual Property
Website and Content: - All content on our website is owned by Clearshine - Protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws - Cannot be used without written permission - Includes text, images, logos, and designs User Content: - You retain ownership of content you submit - Grant us license to use for business purposes - We may use testimonials and reviews in marketing - Photos of your vehicle may be used with permission Restrictions: - Cannot copy, modify, or distribute our content - Cannot use our trademarks without permission - Cannot reverse engineer our technology - Violations may result in legal action Third-Party Content: - May contain links to third-party websites - Not responsible for third-party content - Third-party sites have their own terms - Use of third-party services at your own risk
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
